Contribute your message to a maker here ->Take a little bit of time to contribute to this ongoing anthology, in whatever way you choose.
Participants may decide to write to the jeweller who made their favourite piece, or perhaps the designer who envisaged it, or maybe the miner who unearthed the stone, or the smelter who refined the metal. A message could be addressed to the maker of an engagement ring, or to the diver who found the pearl in a pendant. Messages can even be addressed to the metal, or precious stone itself, or the earth that combusted those materials into existence. Messages can be written to makers of all kinds - jewellers, leatherworkers, tattooists, painters, potters, cobblers, milliners... to name a few. Please feel free to interpret the brief to your own desires. The maker may be known to the wearer or unknown. The message may be as short or as long as desired. All submissions to Dear Maker can be anonymous. You can submit as many different messages as you like. Contributions to the collection are made here on the Dear Maker website, and will take 4-72 hours to be published in the anthology. A collated anthology will be sent out as an email to all who request it after Radiant Pavilion ends. Please enjoy the process of contributing, and reading the anthology as it grows ongoing. Thank you for being a part of Dear Maker! Suse Scholem |
